FAQ
Retail & Digital Signage — questions
Which technology do you recommend for this application?
Signage buyers care about one number: how many units per container. We pack frames flat and modules upright, and we will quote the container load, not just the unit price.
What is the usual order size?
Most projects start with 1–5 sample units, move to a 50–300 pcs pilot, then to scheduled releases of 200–1,000 pcs. We price all three stages separately so there is no surprise when volume starts.
Can you support the install and calibration?
Yes. Frames and modules ship with a calibration file and a one-page install sheet. For curved or LED projects we stay on a video call through the first install at no charge.
