What happens next
Within 12 hours
We reply with a matched part number or a proposed drawing, a price at your quantity, and a lead time. If something in the request will not work, we say so in the same email.
Within 24 hours (custom)
For a non-standard size or outline you get a 2D drawing with outer size, active area, bezel and cable exit for approval.
Sample in 3–7 days
Stock sizes ship in 3–7 days; custom builds take 5–7 days to produce plus freight. Sample cost is credited against production over 50 pcs.
