23.6 inch capacitive touch panel
23.6 inch is the cost-down alternative to 23.8 — same class of active area, cheaper LCD behind it, and a border wide enough to hide the FPC bend. Builders pick it when the housing tolerance is loose.
FOB Shenzhen, G+G panel with controller and 1.8 m USB cable, 1–50 pcs. Custom coating, glass thickness and printed border quoted on drawing.

Panel, controller and cable in one carton
One G+G panel at 546 × 318 mm, the matched controller, a 1.8 m USB cable and the FPC tail you specified. Below 32 inch this ships from stock; above it, panels are built per order in two to three weeks.
- OD 546 × 318 mm · VA 522 × 294 mm · border 12 mm
- 6 H glass, 10-point, USB / I2C / RS232 controller included
- 412 pcs in stock
Cable and tail. 1.8 m USB cable as standard. I2C, RS232 and longer tails are the same price, specified at the drawing stage.
Controller included. Every panel ships with a matched controller, flashed and tested against that panel — not a generic board.
Three numbers, not one
Unlike an infrared frame, a capacitive panel is defined by three dimensions. The OD is the outside of the glass and is what your housing is cut to. The VA is the visible area your UI is designed against. The sensor is the ITO pattern inside the printed border.
| Outline (OD) | 546 × 318 mm |
| Active area (VA) | 522 × 294 mm |
| Sensor | 538 × 310 mm |
| Printed border | 12 mm typical, 6 mm minimum |
Typical builds at this size: signage panel, gaming cabinet, kiosk.

What happens after the carton is open
A capacitive panel needs no calibration — the sensor is bonded to the glass, so the coordinates are geometry rather than measurement. What it does need is the right settings for your glass stack, and a bonding process that does not trap air.
Plug and play over USB
Windows, Android, Linux and ChromeOS pick it up as a HID touch digitizer with nothing installed. I2C and RS232 versions available for boards without a USB host.
Firmware tuned to your stack
Threshold, report rate, edge suppression and ESD level are set for the cover glass you specify — then shipped as a settings file you can clone across a batch.
Bonding and install guidance
OCA versus tape versus air gap, FPC bend radius, shield grounding under 4 Ω. We will join the first bonding run by video if it is your first one.
23.6 inch panel questions

Panel, screen or TP — one stack-up, three labels
Three labels cover the same object: capacitive touch panel, capacitive touch screen and capacitive touch TP. TP is shorthand for touch panel, and it survives in Chinese-authored drawings and in BOMs that were copied from one. All three mean cover glass, ITO sensor, FPC tail and a matched controller — no LCD, no housing, no software.
