110 inch infrared touch frame
110 inch usually means a command room or lobby wall where the touch surface is the entire front of the room. Above 100 inch we add a mid-span support and raise the LED tube density, otherwise the outer 100 mm of the surface loses accuracy.
FOB Shenzhen, frame only, 1–50 pcs. Add $155 for 3 mm tempered glass. Volume tiers quoted on request.

The 110 inch, photographed before packing
Every unit is powered up and touched at nine points before it goes into the tube. At 2461 mm wide the finished frame weighs about 13.5 kg, which is why it travels in a tube with foam ends rather than a flat carton.
- 2461 × 1400 mm outer, 2435 × 1370 mm active area
- 2–40 touch points, USB HID, no driver for Windows, Android or Linux
- 254 pcs in stock, leaves in 3–7 days
Packing. One frame per cardboard tube with foam ends. Crates start at 98 inch, where a tube stops being practical.
Corner joint. Cast corner block pinned into the extrusion — this is what keeps an 86 inch frame flat instead of bowing in the middle.
What the 110 inch frame fits
The active area is 2435 × 1370 mm — a standard 110 inch 16:9 panel. The frame adds 13 mm on three sides and 19 mm at the bottom, which is where the controller PCB and USB cable sit.
- Outer frame: 2461 × 1400 mm, 9.5 mm deep
- Housing cut-out: leave 2465 × 1404 mm plus 3 mm clearance for the cable
- Glass clearance: up to 5 mm thick; 8 mm with the wide-gap version
- Mounting: front-flush with M3 inserts, or side brackets
Typical builds at this size: command room, lobby feature wall, auditorium.
110 inch frame — options and unit price
Indicative FOB Shenzhen prices at 10-point configuration. Higher touch counts add controller cost, not sensor cost, so the jump is smaller than most buyers expect.

What happens after the carton is open
A frame is not finished hardware until it is calibrated against the display it sits on. Three things ship with this size to get you there, and none of them are extras.
No driver, on any system
USB HID digitizer. Windows 10/11, Android, Linux and ChromeOS enumerate it without installing anything. macOS reports single point only — worth knowing before you commit.
Calibration tool and profile
Windows and Linux builds, 4/9/25-point runs, written to the controller so it survives a power cycle. Stuck? A ten-minute remote session with our engineer calibrates it with you.
Installation sheet for this size
Clearance, 0.5 N·m torque, ground under 4 Ω, 3 m passive USB limit — plus the symptom table that covers most first-install problems.

110 inch frame questions
What is the outer size of a 110 inch frame?
Can I get this size with a different bezel?
How many units of the 110 inch frame fit in a carton?
Do you supply the tempered glass with the frame?
Can this be used as a touch overlay on a display I already own?
IR frame, infrared touch screen, overlay — the same part
Older drawings call this an IR overlay or simply a touch overlay: a frame that drops over an existing display without touching it. That is exactly the behaviour here — no bonding, no new firmware, no change to the LCD you already qualified. It is also the reason an infrared frame is the cheapest way to add touch to a product that is already in production.
At 110 inch this is what the trade calls a large touch frame or a large format infrared touch frame. Practically it means two things: it ships knocked down as four extrusions and four corners to keep freight sane, and the corner joints carry the accuracy. Above 200 inch the aluminium is spliced too — the touch surface stays continuous, only the extrusion is joined.
Worth saying plainly: this frame does not need the display to be a touchscreen model, and it does not care what brand the TV is. It sits outside the glass and reads a finger through it. That is why a 2015 monitor and a 2024 signage panel take the same part.
