100 inch infrared touch frame
100 inch is the largest standard diagonal we build from a single extrusion set, and it leaves on a pallet in a crate. Touch accuracy at this size depends on tube count, so every unit runs a nine-point calibration and we photograph the result before packing.

Inside the 100 inch frame
2240 × 1275 mm outside with a 13 mm side bezel and a 19 mm bottom rail. This is the same extrusion profile we run from 32 to 110 inch — the cut length changes, the section does not, so the frame in the photo is what arrives at every size in the range.

Ships knocked down. Four extrusions and four corners in one tube. Flat-packed freight runs about a third cheaper than a crated assembled frame.
Spare LED tubes. Tubes and filter strips are stocked for every size listed, so a dead emitter is a part swap rather than a new frame.
What the 100 inch frame fits
The active area is 2214 × 1245 mm — a standard 100 inch 16:9 panel. The frame adds 13 mm on three sides and 19 mm at the bottom, which is where the controller PCB and USB cable sit.

What happens after the carton is open
A frame is not finished hardware until it is calibrated against the display it sits on. Three things ship with this size to get you there, and none of them are extras.
No driver, on any system
USB HID digitizer. Windows 10/11, Android, Linux and ChromeOS enumerate it without installing anything. macOS reports single point only — worth knowing before you commit.
Calibration tool and profile

One rectangle, four names on the paperwork
The distinction people trip over is frame versus screen. A touch screen frame is the sensor ring only; an infrared touch screen is that ring plus an LCD behind it. We build the first and leave the panel choice to you, which is why a 55 inch unit costs a fraction of a finished touch monitor. Send the drawing with either title and the quote comes back the same.
At 100 inch this is what the trade calls a large touch frame or a large format infrared touch frame. Practically it means two things: it ships knocked down as four extrusions and four corners to keep freight sane, and the corner joints carry the accuracy. Above 200 inch the aluminium is spliced too — the touch surface stays continuous, only the extrusion is joined.
If the screen already exists, this is the part that converts it. Clamp the frame around the TV or monitor bezel, plug the USB in, and the display reports as a touchscreen without anything being opened. Sizes above 110 inch ship knocked down because a 2.5 m rectangle is a freight problem, not a manufacturing one.
