19 inch infrared touch frame
19 inch 5:4 is the workhorse of lottery terminals, POS lanes and older industrial panel PCs. The opening is the same one used for a 19 inch 5:4 monitor, so an existing front bezel can be reused without re-machining.
FOB Shenzhen, frame only, 1–50 pcs. Add $22 for 3 mm tempered glass. Volume tiers quoted on request.

Inside the 19 inch frame
403 × 331 mm outside with a 13 mm side bezel and a 19 mm bottom rail. This is the same extrusion profile we run from 32 to 110 inch — the cut length changes, the section does not, so the frame in the photo is what arrives at every size in the range.
- 403 × 331 mm outer, 377 × 301 mm active area
- 2–40 touch points, USB HID, no driver for Windows, Android or Linux
- 388 pcs in stock, leaves in 3–7 days
Spare LED tubes. Tubes and filter strips are stocked for every size listed, so a dead emitter is a part swap rather than a new frame.
Ships knocked down. Four extrusions and four corners in one tube. Flat-packed freight runs about a third cheaper than a crated assembled frame.
What the 19 inch frame fits
The active area is 377 × 301 mm — a standard 19 inch 5:4 panel. The frame adds 13 mm on three sides and 19 mm at the bottom, which is where the controller PCB and USB cable sit.
- Outer frame: 403 × 331 mm, 9.5 mm deep
- Housing cut-out: leave 407 × 335 mm plus 3 mm clearance for the cable
- Glass clearance: up to 5 mm thick; 8 mm with the wide-gap version
- Mounting: front-flush with M3 inserts, or side brackets
Typical builds at this size: lottery terminal, pos lane, industrial panel pc.
19 inch frame — options and unit price
Indicative FOB Shenzhen prices at 10-point configuration. Higher touch counts add controller cost, not sensor cost, so the jump is smaller than most buyers expect.

What happens after the carton is open
A frame is not finished hardware until it is calibrated against the display it sits on. Three things ship with this size to get you there, and none of them are extras.
No driver, on any system
USB HID digitizer. Windows 10/11, Android, Linux and ChromeOS enumerate it without installing anything. macOS reports single point only — worth knowing before you commit.
Calibration tool and profile
Windows and Linux builds, 4/9/25-point runs, written to the controller so it survives a power cycle. Stuck? A ten-minute remote session with our engineer calibrates it with you.
Installation sheet for this size
Clearance, 0.5 N·m torque, ground under 4 Ω, 3 m passive USB limit — plus the symptom table that covers most first-install problems.

19 inch frame questions

Do you supply the tempered glass with the frame?
Do you build a custom touch frame in this profile?
What to write on the PO so it arrives correctly
In a BOM this line usually reads infrared touch frame kit or IR frame kit, because what ships is not just the aluminium: four extrusions, four corner blocks, one controller, one 1.8 m USB cable and four mounting brackets. The kit wording matters for customs and for your assembly line — a knocked-down frame is a component, not a finished appliance.
The most common build we ship is not a product at all — it is a retrofit. A shop, a school or a factory has a screen, and someone wants to press it. An overlay frame is the cheapest way to get there: no new display, no new mounting, no firmware.
If your enquiry uses a name not listed here, send it anyway — a photo of the old part or the housing opening settles it faster than any glossary. Full terminology list →
